All of our dresses are hand-made, NOT machine no identical products can be made.

Our production time is usually 10-15 days after confirming customer's payment.

Buyers need to supply the complete and correct measurements before we can start the,

production.

We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please make sure that your

address is correct before we ship your package out.

The phone number sometimes will be important when your package is held by your Customs

office or be put on your local post office. They may need your phone number to call you to

pick it up.

Customers from Brazil, Russia, Italy, South America, Sri Lanka,  will

receive your items after 30 days or more. Please be patient.

International sellers please are advised that customs in your country may charge duties or

other fees. We are not responsible for any customs duties (tariff).

Before you open a case about not receiving your package, please firstly try to get its

shipping status.

We do not allow refund , exchange, return , replacement.
